Baseline speed test - before connecting to OverPlayVPN we tested our Internet speed and found it to be 40.57 Mbps download and 3.14 Mbps upstream. Connecting from the US - east coast.

OverPlay speed test - after connecting to OverPlay's east coast server via PPTP we tested our Internet speed again and found it to be 25.59 Mbps download and 3.04 Mbps upstream.

Testing outside the US - we also tested a connection to one of OverPlay's German VPN servers and our Internet speed was 16.55 Mbps download and 1.08 Mbps upstream.

Conclusion - OverPlay is faster than most VPN services we've tested. You can expect any VPN to slow your connection some as the traffic is being encrypted but OverPlay performed well.
